Mufti Abdul Qayyum Manauri, holds no position in Jamiayt Ulama i Hind, Gujarat Ml Arshad Madani branch. The fact is that the Jamiayt was dissolved and he was made a convener of the said Jamiayt on 18 October 2019 of an adhoc committee, with the mandate to hold election within 6 months time. Mufti Abdul Qayyum Mansuri failed to hold election of Jamiayt Ulama i Hind Gujarat within the prescribed time. This the adhoc committee is automatically dissolved and now there is no such entity as Jamiayt Ulama i Hind Gujarat Ml Arshad Madani exists in the state of Gujarat. Therefore Mufti Abdul Qayyum Mansuri must not use any title for himself to show he is office bearer of Jamiayt Ulama i Hind Gujarat. He must surrender any and all funds in his custody to the head office of Jamiayt Ulama i Hind- Delhi head office. It’s so easy now days to pull wolf over and deceive innocent people. But in this instance of writing to Chief Justice of India, whereby Mufti Abdul Qayyum Mansuri has misrepresented the facts and lied.

मुफ्ती अब्दुल कय्यूम मनौरी, जमीयत उलमा i हिंद, गुजरात एमएल अरशद मदनी शाखा में कोई स्थान नहीं रखते हैं। तथ्य यह है कि जमीयत को भंग कर दिया गया था और उन्हें एक एडहॉक कमेटी के 18 अक्टूबर 2019 को 6 महीने के भीतर चुनाव कराने के जनादेश के साथ उक्त जमीयत का संयोजक बनाया गया था। मुफ्ती अब्दुल कय्यूम मंसूरी निर्धारित समय के भीतर जमीयत उलमा i हिंद गुजरात का चुनाव कराने में असफल रहे। यह एडहॉक कमेटी स्वतः भंग हो जाती है और अब ऐसी कोई इकाई नहीं है जैसे जमीयत उलमा i हिंद गुजरात Ml अरशद मदनी गुजरात राज्य में मौजूद है। इसलिए मुफ्ती अब्दुल कय्यूम मंसूरी को यह दिखाने के लिए किसी शीर्षक का उपयोग नहीं करना चाहिए कि वह जमीयत उलमा i हिंद गुजरात के पदाधिकारी हैं। उन्हें अपनी हिरासत में किसी भी और सभी फंडों को जमीयत उलमा के हिंद कार्यालय दिल्ली मुख्यालय में समर्पण करना चाहिए। भेड़ियों को पकड़ने और निर्दोष लोगों को धोखा देने के लिए अब बहुत आसान दिन है। लेकिन भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश को लिखने के इस उदाहरण में, जिससे मुफ्ती अब्दुल कय्यूम मंसूरी ने तथ्यों को गलत तरीके से पेश किया और झूठ बोला।
